Her practice encompasses corporate reorganisation, inheritance planning and tax litigation. In these matters, she advises and assists companies, individuals and non-profit organisations.
Daphne holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Louvain (2006) and a higher diploma in Economic Law from the Free University of Brussels (2007). She also has a special Master’s degree in Fiscal Management from the Solvay Business School (2010).
After her internship as a junior lawyer with firms specialising in tax law, she joined the association Litannie, Haulotte, Watelet & Associates in 2013.
She practices in French, Dutch and English.
