A lawyer at the Brussels Bar since September 2007, Daphne advises the association’s clients on issues relating to tax law and company law.
Her practice encompasses corporate reorganisation, inheritance planning and tax litigation. In these matters, she advises and assists companies, individuals and non-profit organisations.
Daphne holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Louvain (2006) and a higher diploma in Economic Law from the Free University of Brussels (2007). She also has a special Master’s degree in Fiscal Management from the Solvay Business School (2010).
After her internship as a junior lawyer with firms specialising in tax law, she joined Lawtax in 2013.
She practices in French, Dutch and English.
