Jean-Benoit Capelle

A lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 2007, Jean-Benoit advises the association’s clients on issues relating to tax law, commercial law, and corporate law and on questions relative to the management of intellectual property.
He holds a law degree from the Free University of Brussels (2007) and also has a special Master’s degree in Fiscal Management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (2010).
Having worked with firms of lawyers specialising in tax law and business law, he joined Lawtax in 2017.
He practices in French.
